1. About Inked

Inked (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells confectionery products and cards both online and in person. Orders may be collected or delivered depending on availability and customer choice.

By placing an order with Inked, using our website, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor variations may occur, particularly for handmade or seasonal items.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes unless specified.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Inked does not store your full card details.

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by Stripe, your bank, or card provider.

5. Collection and Delivery

Collection and delivery options, times, and fees are displayed at checkout.

For deliveries:

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the provided address.

For collections:

• You are responsible for collecting your order within the specified timeframe.
• Uncollected orders may be disposed of after a reasonable period without refund, particularly for perishable items.

6. Perishable Goods and Food Safety

Our confectionery products may be perishable.

Once delivered or collected, we are not responsible for deterioration due to improper storage, handling, or delay by the customer.

If you have allergies or dietary requirements, it is your responsibility to review product information or contact us before ordering.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of food and personalised items:

• Perishable goods are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.
• Personalised cards or items cannot be refunded once production has begun.

If an item is damaged, incorrect, or unsafe, you must notify us within a reasonable time with evidence where possible.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, images, and text associated with Inked are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not use them without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Inked is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
